Over the past two decades, we have established satellite sites in many Alberta First Nations, connectivity with health centres and hospitals all over the province, and even options to connect from your own home. We do our best to bring treatment closer to you. Here are some of the ways we work to make care accessible.
- Virtual assessments to talk about options, start treatment and have ongoing follow-up:
- at an Alberta Health Service health centre, partner clinic or hospital close to you
- at a First Nation health centre
- from your own home using a mobile device
- In person care at four Edmonton locations and two Calgary locations.
- Assessments and medication administration facilitated by our Nursing Outreach Team partners.
If standard pharmacy attendance is not an option for you, talk to us. There is usually a path that works.
